Does anyone have a policy for deleting old and inactive accounts in community?

It's strictly up to your organization. I'm at a university. We mark someone inactive when their eligibility ends. For an employee it's when they leave to go work elsewhere. For students there is a formula for waiting enough time to where we're pretty sure they are not coming back. We then set their accounts to invactive and then 6 months later we delete their accounts.
